These policies help appointments run smoothly, protect this private solo business, and ensure every client receives the time and care they booked for. By booking an appointment, you agree to the policies below.

I do not charge a deposit for any service booked- however, I do require a card to be on file. This proves authenticity of an appointment, confirms seriousness, and protects the appointment spot.

Please provide as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Less Than 24 Hours Notice…
A late cancellation fee may apply of 50% of the service cost.
Same-Day Cancellations / No-Shows
Up to 100% of the booked service may be charged. When an appointment is missed last minute, that time cannot usually be refilled.

Please arrive on time.
If you arrive late, your appointment may need to be shortened to respect the next client’s time, or rescheduled if there is not enough time to safely complete the service and 100% of the service charge would apply and considered a no-show.
Late fees may apply in some cases.

As this is a private solo studio with limited space, appointments are for booked clients only unless discussed in advance.
To keep the environment calm and focused, children are best left at home unless previously approved.

Please reschedule your appointment if you are feeling unwell, have a contagious illness, or have symptoms that could impact the safety of the studio.
For certain services, active skin irritation, open wounds, recent medical treatments, or contraindications may require postponement or modification.
Cancellation fees still apply for sickness if the appointment is cancelled under 24 hours.

Beauty services are collaborative and outcomes can vary based on skin type, hair growth, aftercare, lifestyle, previous work, and individual response.
If you have concerns after your appointment, please reach out within 24 hours so they can be reviewed if a removal or fix is required. Any treatment re-dos if needed are complimentary if I am given notice under 1 week of the timeframe.
Refunds are not offered on completed services.

Disrespectful, discriminatory, aggressive, inappropriate, or boundary-crossing behaviour will result in refusal of service and future booking restrictions( aka you banned).

Please keep valuables with you. Be You Skin Studio is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items.
This includes clothing in which you choose to wear during an appointment; understanding there is always a chance of polish smudges, tint spills, etc.

Service may be declined or discontinued if safety, health, policy violations, or inappropriate conduct become concerns.
